Marlene is widely recognised as being a flute teacher in a class of her own. She has taught at all levels, from new beginners all the way to university masterclasses, and everyone in between. She brings a warmth and energy to her lessons and has produced a large number of outstanding players.
She also gives flute workshops to students who are looking for some additional input over and above their regular teachers, and has a natural gift at quickly identifying and fixing problems in people’s technique.
